CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager I – Nuclear Projects position for our client.

**Location:** Richland, WA
**Duration:** 12 months

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Lead and manage small to medium-sized capital projects, including refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line maintenance activities
+ Oversee project planning, scheduling, execution, cost control, and performance monitoring with minimal oversight
+ Lead project teams of 5–10 members, ensuring safe, high-quality, on-schedule, and within-budget delivery
+ Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting in coordination with finance and project controls
+ Direct outage-related work execution including work packages, procurement, ALARA planning, safety compliance, and resource loading
+ Identify and resolve schedule conflicts, delays, and execution risks
