Organize the development, implementation and management of ICT project delivery plan. Timely alert and escalate major issues in the project execution process. Responsible for the progress, cost and quality management of project execution; ensure the project implementation meets customer requirements and contract provisions, and be directly responsible for the cost status of project and the smooth delivery of contract.
