• In-depth understanding of project planning, execution, and closure phases
  
• Sound financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  
• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards
  
• Vendor and contract management experience
  
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to manage large, diverse teams and resolve conflicts
  
• Familiarity with procurement processes related to projects
  
• Mandatory- Experience in brown field & interior fitouts projects.
