JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for a Project Manager on a 3-year fixed term contract to support a wider third party led project. The role will suit someone preferably versed in the removal and reinstatement of building assets, enabling the wider project works to be undertaken safely and to programme.You will be required to work closely with the third party to agree timings, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with the technical team to ensure safe isolation, re-energising/reinstatement and commissioning of the affected assets.Daily responsibilities will include:* Managing and coordinating the removal, isolation, reinstatement, re-energising and commissioning of building assets to enable third party works* Working closely with the third party team to align timings, sequencing, dependencies and access requirements* Coordinating subcontractors and specialist suppliers to ensure labour, materials, permits and access are...
