We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in building construction projects including high-rise towers and villa developments. The ideal candidate must have extensive UAE/GCC experience and a proven track record working with main contractors or major electromechanical contracting companies. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of mechanical works from planning through project handover.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and oversee all Mechanical (MEP) activities for building construction projects including high-rise residential/commercial towers and villa communities.
- Plan coordinate and execute mechanical works covering HVAC Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
