- Deliver MEP report to the client and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide project management support across site as needed.
- Ensure the project under supervision is effectively managed in terms of MEP discipline.
- Report MEP related matters in regular project updates.
- Conduct quality control audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Raise daily observations with the contractor and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare a monthly report for the client, based on daily site visits and audit findings.
- Perform weekly and monthly site walks and upload the resulting reports to the document management system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in site-based project management, related project experience will be an advantage.
