Key Responsibilities
1. Continuous Improvement & Productivity Optimization
Lead Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve process flow and eliminate waste.Conduct workflow studies (UPH/CT, line balancing, ergonomics, layout redesign) to enhance productivity.Develop and standardize SOPs, best practices, and operational frameworks.Analyse performance trends and implement actions to reduce cost, improve throughput, and enhance efficiency. 2.
