Job Description
Responsibilities - Able to manage BMS and ELV projects independently
- Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works
- Ensure timely completion of all projects
- Monitor / review operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects
- Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and contractors and handle all technical matters
Required expertise - Building Management System
- Security, Access Control, CCTV System
- Fire Alarm System
Requirements - Degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 2 – 5 years relevant working experience in BMS or ELV
