Position: Project Manager – RE Operation
Band/Salary: Band E (21 – 29.50 LPA)
Location: UIDAI Technology Centre, Bangalore(Through GA Digital Web Word Private Limited)
Educational Qualification:
BE/B. Tech / MCA / Engineering
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years with at least 7 years in L1/L2/L3 support management
• ITIL certification preferred
• Experience with Service Desk/CRM tools
• Experience managing cloud-hosted applications
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Resident Enrolment Operations and citizen-facing applications
• Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests and CRM cases
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders
• Manage MIS reports, dashboards and SLA compliance
• Handle escalations and long-pending grievances
• Guide L1/L2/L3 and application support teams
• Implement best practices and process improvements
