CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Having purview of the overall project, providing direction, reviewing and monitoring outcomes of all functions to work together effectively and manage the project on-track.
• To coordinate works and build relationships among departments, consultants, clients, authorities, sub-contractors and suppliers with a focus on negotiating and motivating them to action and manage stakeholders' expectations.
• Be aware of unit costs and monitor and compare daily progress on site with that of the project’s estimate. Review elements that impact construction risk, cost and manage cash flow to achieve the profit target. Understand and integrate diverse functions for process improvement and cost optimization.
