Job Roles & Responsibilities
: - Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, current & future process flows. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, product backlogs, and user stories. Assist in developing test cases, QA validation, and user training documentation. Plan, execute, and track organizational change management for new application onboarding. Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality. Liaise with government agencies, IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners. Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution. Work with architects/developers to refine configurations, customizations, and integrations. Maintain detailed project documentation (BRD, user stories, workflows, test cases).
