About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of GIS and technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to manage project execution, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes while building strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning & Scope Management
- Define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Align GIS/Esri technology with customer business goals.
- Ensure scope changes are controlled and documented.
Execution & Team Leadership
- Lead project teams through requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.
- Balance workloads, manage subcontractors, and maintain morale.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and knowledge-sharing.
