Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NPI to HVM projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Drive cross‑functional coordination across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
• Support manufacturing readiness, product ramp‑up, and transition into high‑volume production.
• Prepare and present project status updates, KPIs, and executive reports to management and customers.
