Oversea the budget sheet of project(s) under your care and make timely reports to the Managing Director periodically on the profit and attendance. Ensure monthly/weekly progress and safety reports are submitted on time. Liaises closely with the different stakeholders, namely clients, architects, consultants, main contractor, sub contractors, specialists and relevant authorities to ensure the smooth and timely execution of project deliverables. Work out any costs saving in term of value of engineering and presenting it to the Managing Director before making submission to the client. Provide necessary comparisons and recommendations on short listed vendors, Subcons and Specialists before final confirmation by the Managing Director.
