Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction, upgrading, A&A, R&R, reroofing, and infrastructure projects from planning to completion. Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, site management, and compliance with project requirements Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and timelines in accordance with contracts and approved budgets. Conduct site inspections, technical reviews, coordination meetings, and progress reviews. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, BCA regulations, and Workplace Safety & Health requirements. Review work programmes, method statements, variation orders, and progress claims. Identify project risks and resolve technical or site issues promptly. Manage contract administration, project documentation, reporting, and authority submissions. Liaise effectively with clients, Town Councils, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
