Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Plan, organize and carried out project management activities to ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve and exceed the cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;
- Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture;
- Review contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications;
- Manage the profit and loss of the project;
- Plan for site mobilization and work sequential execution;
- Prepare works schedules and master programs; Ensures that progress and other reports are put up in a timely manner as required;
- Monitor project cost budgets and ensures that desired profit margins are achieved through cost containment, material wastage control, etc;
