**Key Responsibilities**

Project planning & mobilisation

+ Develop detailed project plans (scope, schedule, resources, milestones, deliverables) for automatic door installations.
+ Coordinate pre‑installation activities: sample delivery, mockups, technical drawings, wiring and mounting details, and any interface requirements with access control/BMS/fire systems.
+ Confirm installation programmes, resource allocation and risk mitigation with internal teams and external subcontractors.
