Role of Position The incumbent is overall responsible for Project team and Project Management. Coordinate with consultant, client, sub-contractor, production team and procurement in handling daily site activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities - Plan, organize and carried out project management activities to ensure that assigned projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner to achieve and exceed the cost, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction objectives;
- Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working culture;
- Review contract documentation in conjunction with B.Q. and material specifications;
- Manage the profit and loss of the project;
- Plan for site mobilization and work sequential execution;
