Job Summary Lead and coordinate ACMV project planning, technical oversight, budgeting, site management, quality and safety assurance, testing, commissioning, and documentation to deliver efficient, compliant HVAC systems that meet client requirements.
Responsibilities - Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and allocate resources to meet project timelines
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment
- Review ACMV designs, drawings, and specifications to verify compliance with standards
- Ensure ACMV systems (chillers, ducting, ventilation, etc.) are installed according to design and regulatory standards
- Resolve technical issues on-site promptly to maintain project progress
