Job Description
Job Description: - Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction to handover, ensuring delivery in accordance with schedule, budget, safety, and quality KPIs.
- Coordinate with clients (LTA, PUB, JTC, NParks), consultants, and regulatory agencies to obtain approvals, secure permits, and ensure compliance with authorities’ requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project master schedules, method of construction, temporary works strategies, manpower and resource allocation for complex civil works.
- Oversee specialised civil engineering activities including deep excavation, ERSS, piling, diaphragm walls, strutting, tunnelling (TBM/NATM), and underground structures.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual compliance, adherence to scope, safety standards, and specifications.
