What you’ll do
As a Project Manager – Building Safety, you’ll lead the delivery of fire safety and building safety remediation projects across our residential buildings, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and futureproofed. Working within our Building Safety team, you’ll manage projects from initial due diligence and risk assessment through to delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, cost control, and resident experience.
The Project Manager role involves understanding building construction, assessing risk, and coordinating consultants and contractors to deliver remediation works. You’ll play a key role in protecting residents, supporting compliance with evolving building safety regulations, and ensuring effective communication throughout each stage of delivery. and ensure residents feel safe, informed, and supported while works are carried out.
