What you’ll be responsible for

1. Task quality & backlog management

• Ensure tasks are properly described before entering a sprint
• Rewrite and finalize tasks after grooming sessions
• Validate:
• requirements
• acceptance criteria
• analytics / events / feature flags
• Maintain a clean and structured Jira environment

2. Bug management

• Handle incoming bug flow
• Independently prioritize most bugs
• Create clear, structured bug tickets
• Track fixes and ensure proper re-testing

3. Release planning

• Build and maintain release plans
• Analyze task statuses, blockers, and dependencies
• Sync with product managers on priorities and timelines
• Ensure releases are structured, predictable, and delivered
