Role and Responsibilities Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestones. Manage marine activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations. Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements. Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements and safety related to project. Coordination and sequencing of works of different sub-contractors. Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems. Clear communication to external parties including client, sub-contractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight. Report daily operation to Operation Manager Requirements Minimum Bachelor's Degree Holder Minimum 8 years' experience in site coordination. Excellent project management skills Team leadership Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS) Proficient in AutoCad. Proficient in English Language.
