• Responsible for the efficient maintenance and processingof accounts payable transactions.
• Does finalization of all housing units and subdivisionamenities such as clubhouses, multi-purpose, swimmingpool, fences, gates, guardhouses, basketball court andother amenities.
• Does architectural designs and conceptualization andpreparation of design schemes, plans and perspectives ofvertical projects.

Qualifications

• College graduate (preferably Business courses)
• Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker and can workFull-time with Suntrust.
• 10 years experience in Sales/ Real Estate Selling.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management.
• With a ready organization composed of 5 Sales Managers and 5Direct Sellers per Sales Manager.
