The primary purpose of this position is to conduct evaluations of Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems developed by third parties to meet Combatant Command (COCOM) requirements. Incumbent interfaces with COCOMs, the Services, and other government agencies to better understand their operational mission needs. Responsibilities DUTY 1: Serves as an advisor to the Division Chief, coordinating efforts of military personnel, government civilians and contractors developing concepts of operations used to conduct thorough technology assessments and supporting field risk assessments. DUTY 2: Serves as a project team member or project team leader to assess and identify key issues and recommend solutions to complex problems in support of Combatant Command requirements.
