The ExxonMobil-NTU-A.STAR Corporate Lab at (Energy Research Institute @ NTU) is a S$60 million research collaboration between NTU, A.STAR, and ExxonMobil to advance lower-emissions technologies.
We are seeking a Project Officer / Senior Project Officer to provide dual-function support to the Corporate Lab. On the administrative side, the role assists the Project Manager with grant reporting, budget tracking, milestone records, meeting coordination, and correspondence with NRF, A.STAR, and ExxonMobil. On the laboratory operations side, the role is responsible for managing chemical inventory, conducting safety audits, maintaining safety documentation (SOPs, Risk Assessments, SDS), ensuring all lab users comply with NTU EHS protocols and WSH regulations, and coordinating equipment maintenance and lab housekeeping. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, organised, and compliant research environment for 50+ researchers across five research programmes.
