Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Develop complete planning package including work plan, schedule, progress measurement and reporting procedures.
- Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and progress measurement system for projects including engineering, subcontracting, procurement and construction activities.
- Develop, maintain and update Level IIV plan and deployment histogram.
- Preparation of weekly & monthly progress report package including progress S curves for client submission.
- Raise flag with management regarding delay in critical activities and suggest remedial measures.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement & construction departments/contractors for progress update and compare it with project targets/milestones.
