Project Program Management Sr. Analyst-11001CHQ
Job Summary: 
? Responsible for the operation of field engineer (dell service provider) and manage to perform on key performance indicators.
? Conduct and accomplish Korea GFS project align with APJ team within scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project. 
? Coordinate field engineer to complete training (DTT, ESF L1 & L2) and notify any NPI certification released in Korea.
? Engage and help DSP to solve any IT related issue from Dell or DSP as itself.
? Define and guide DSP process base on SOW, SLA and procedure manual.
? Manage keep up-to-dated DSP operation document such as service locator, priority setting, dedicated DSP engineer
? Escalation handling & Daily operation
? Updates (non escalation) request from TS, CA, Sales, TAM
