Job Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the global OEM, plant operations, and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure successful program execution
• Lead the full Safe Launch lifecycle (preparation, ramp‑up, audit, and exit) in compliance with OEM CSR, APQP/PPAP, and IATF 16949 standards
• Manage and ensure completion of all audit and quality documentation (PFMEA, Control Plan, QFD, special characteristics, etc.) to meet customer requirements and milestones
• Oversee on‑site ramp‑up activities, including equipment installation, commissioning, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and integration into quality systems
