Job Summary
:
Provides records management guidance and coordination of work scope across the home office, alternate execution centers (AECs), design partners, jobsite, and client, as required. As a member of the Project Team, is responsible for establishing, planning, controlling, and directing records management and administrative activities to support successful project execution.
Major Responsibilities:
Participates in the setup of the Electronic Content Management System (ECMS) database; identifies the security model required based on project needs; and implements the ECMS to register, control, distribute, transmit, file, and archive project records for a team in multiple locations.Works in a collaborative manner with the client, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors to establish and implement the project ECMS.Facilitates a strategy for the execution of the records and administrative tasks out...
