Job Description - (1) Establishment and Operation of the Project Safety Management System: Responsible for developing the project's safety management system, plans, and procedures, organizing the preparation and supervising the implementation of emergency response plans and measures for various risks and accidents, ensuring the smooth operation of the project's safety production assurance system, and reporting project updates to the company's safety supervision department as needed. Specific responsibilities include: establishing and improving the project's HSE management system and monitoring its effective operation; organizing the formulation of the project's Risk Control Measures and Emergency Response Plan and conducting risk assessments; overseeing safety, occupational health, and environmental inspections, and managing performance evaluations and rewards/punishments.
