- Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Sat: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Salary range: SGD 3,000 - 4,000
Company Overview Company's principal activity is plumbing, heating (non-electric) and air-conditioning with general contractors.
Requirements - Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in M&E / HVAC project coordination.
Key Responsibilities Coordination & Communication - Liaise with Main Contractor, consultants, and other subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure work sequences are aligned.
- Attend coordination meetings and prepare minutes of meetings when required.
- Follow up on outstanding site matters and ensure timely completion of works.
