Job Description
Responsibilities - Coordinate and supervise the execution of joinery and interior fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to review project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Work closely with the estimation team to review project scope, materials, and costs, and provide inputs for accurate project budgeting and cost estimation.
- Manage and oversee the project execution, including procurement of materials, coordination with subcontractors, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication, address any concerns, and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
