Responsibilities - Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (EPC, EPCM and standard forms).
- Advising on project structuring, procurement and delivery models.
- Supporting project finance transactions alongside finance teams.
- Managing risk allocation and contractual issues.
- Advising on claims, variations and dispute avoidance.
- Collaborating with developers, contractors, sponsors and government entities.
Qualifications - Common law qualified (preferred).
