The Property Accountant will work closely with our clients to support property accounting across all areas, including subledger and general ledger activities.
The role involves managing general ledger transactions, invoicing tenants, credit control, coding supplier invoices, processing service charges, bank reconciliations, VAT reporting, period close activities, onboarding new portfolios, and lease administration.
Work is performed with a hybrid model, allowing up to 3 days per week working from home. The position supports the UK region and requires working UK hours (08:30-17:00 UK time) aligned with Daylight Savings.
