Cover Desk Mexico is seeking experienced bilingual professionals based in Monterrey to support U.based insurance agencies as Virtual Assistants specializing in Property & Casualty (P& C) insurance.
In this role, you will provide customer service and operational support across personal lines insurance processes, including policy servicing, documentation, and communication with clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient day-to-day insurance operations and a positive customer experience.

Work Setup: 100% Work from Home in Monterrey, N. Schedule: Monday to Friday only (Weekends Off)
