This is a performance-driven sales and/or leasing role , not a salaried desk job. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, closing property transactions, and building long-term investor relationships in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. Income is uncapped and directly tied to results.
Key Responsibilities
- Secondary sales and leasing properties across Dubai
- Advise local and international clients on property investments
- Generate leads through portals, networking, referrals, and self-sourcing
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate deals and close transactions end-to-end
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and developer launches
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
