Manage the complete sales and leasing cycle from inquiry to handover. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, communities, and RERA regulations. Coordinate with property owners, developers, and fellow agents to ensure smooth transactions. Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and required documentation. Represent Viona Properties at property exhibitions, networking events, and open houses. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
