A leading property development environment seeks a commercially driven Property Finance Consultant to grow the mortgage and home loan business across the Cape Region.

The role focuses on originating and converting residential finance opportunities, building strong relationships with estate agents, developers and prospective buyers, and ensuring a seamless financing experience from application through to approval.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 with a Diploma or Degree is advantageous
• 2–5 years’ experience in bond origination, mortgage advisory, home loans or property finance sales
• Strong understanding of the residential property and mortgage market
• Existing estate agent and referral networks are advantageous
