We are hiring a Property Management Operations Assistant to support a U.S.-based property management team with daily tenant coordination, maintenance tracking, payment collection follow-ups, data entry, and operational tasks.
This role requires strong communication, organization, and experience working in property management or a similar operations-heavy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily communication with tenants, vendors, and internal team members by phone, email, and text
- Track and follow up on tenant issues, maintenance requests, payment updates, and open tasks
- Assist with rent/payment collection follow-ups and keep accurate notes on tenant payment status
- Coordinate property maintenance requests , including gathering details, assigning updates, and following up until completion
