Job Description

• Attend properties managed by the company for inspections, repairs, moving‑in, moving‑out, and bi‑annual management visits.
• Meet with tenants and landlords as required.
• Provide estimates for renovation work.
• Arrange contractor for estimation and repair where possible.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and use the in‑house system (works, orders, invoices etc.).
• Deal with various maintenance issues within Head Office and company branches.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Driving licence is mandatory.
