The Opportunity

• Manage a clean and well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 160 properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Handle routine inspections, entry and exit reports, lease renewals, and rent reviews
• Coordinate maintenance requests and manage rental arrears effectively
• Contribute to portfolio growth through exceptional customer service and client retention

About You
