We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager role in a London-based Real Estate company. The company aims to deliver a consistent level of service to clients who wish to buy or invest in residential properties in the United Kingdom, whether they are based abroad or locally.

The Property Manager will be expected to travel widely and will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of each property, negotiating lease contracts, enforcing rental agreements, overseeing maintenance, and attending board meetings.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or equivalent qualification.
• Obtain and obey state licensing and certification requirements.
• Understanding of state and federal property laws.
• Strong stress management, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
