We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to handle and manage rented residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for tenant management, rent collection, maintenance coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of all leased properties.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of rented properties
Coordinate with tenants for rent collection and issue resolution
Prepare rental agreements, renewals, leave & license agreements, deposits, and related documentation
Coordinate registration and notarization process of agreements
Handle tenant onboarding, KYC documentation, and police verification
Conduct property inspections and ensure upkeep of properties
