Job Summary

The position is primarily responsible for the sale and disposition of the bank’s acquired real estate assets (ROPA / foreclosed properties) by obtaining the best offers possible from prospective buyers within the fastest time and at acceptable returns.

Key Responsibilities

Solicit direct buyers and source buyers from broker networks for ROPA / foreclosed real estate properties.

Secure offers from direct buyers and ensure buyer's conformity if prospect is solicited through a broker.
