An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Proposals Administrator to join our Head Office team based in Enfield, Middlesex. The Proposals Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Estimating Department and assisting the Proposal Team in the preparation of bid documentation, as well as providing support to the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Proposal Administrator, you will provide essential administration support to the proposals department, ensuring efficiency and organisation across all work‑winning activities. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Document Control: Downloading and logging tender documents onto the system, cross checking with provided document registers to identify discrepancies. Creating document registers where necessary
