We are hiring for a Proposal Manager in Sharjah who will lead and manage the proposal and tendering function for EPC projects across Water & Wastewater Treatment, Oil & Gas, and Municipal sectors. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in proposal development, strong leadership capabilities, and deep technical knowledge of water treatment processes, costing, estimation, and bid governance.
