IBSS seeks a full‑time Proposal Manager and Writer to support IBSS's scientific and IT proposal development and new business capture activities. The ideal candidate has experience managing and writing Federal, state/local, and commercial proposals. Candidates must be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
