+ Profile and manage simulation workload, ensuring smooth handover to future permanent hires for ongoing programs.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results with engineering analysis, validation, and design activities.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of simulation parameters, results, and recommended actions.

+ Support continuous improvement of simulation workflows and modeling accuracy.
