Integrated into the Professional Services department and under the supervision of a Proserv Team Manager, the overall responsibility of a Senior Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP customers.
Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities
Manage complex tickets / project / change requests
Generate easy‑to‑maintain, bug‑free code and customization respecting Strada best practices
